After a successful career in the telecommunications' market, raising three children, attending their school and sporting events, I decided to go back to school. I attended the University of Washington and majored in English with a minor in Comparative Religion (emphasis Buddhism). I completed my master's in mental health counseling at Antioch University in Seattle. One of my passions is my love for learning. I continue to take classes to increase my knowledge and areas of expertise.
Looking back on my life, I can see how my life experiences have been steppingstones toward my eventual work as a therapist. What stands out the most for me is my love of connecting and being in conversation with others. I love hearing people's stories, and I love working with them in their quest of discovery and learning as they move toward living their best life, a life that has meaning and purpose, a life that fills them up.
